Pay Rate: £90.00 - £95.00

Are you passionate about working outdoors and supporting children with special educational needs (SEN)? Teaching Personnel is currently seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant for a unique outdoor-based role in Crediton. This position involves no classroom work, focusing entirely on outdoor learning and activities with SEN children.

Key Responsibilities:

Support SEN children in an outdoor learning environment.
Facilitate engaging, nature-based activities tailored to individual needs.
Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere.

Requirements:

Enthusiasm for outdoor education and working with SEN children.
Ability to work in various weather conditions.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
