Learning Support Assistant – Chichester 
Location: Chichester, West Sussex
Contract: Full-Time permanent / Term-Time Only

Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of young learners? We are looking for a dedicated Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join a welcoming and supportive team at a vibrant school in Chichester.

About the Role:

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with teachers to support students with a range of educational needs. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is patient, caring, and committed to helping pupils thrive both academically and personally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-to-one and small group support in and outside of the classroom.

  • Support students with special educational needs (SEN), including those with EHCPs.

  • Help create an inclusive, nurturing, and engaging learning environment.

  • Work collaboratively with teaching staff, SENCOs, and parents.

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience in a similar role or working with children (preferred but not essential).

  • A genuine passion for education and student development.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • A calm, encouraging, and flexible approach to working with young people.
