Key Responsibilities
As a Teaching Assistant / Learning Support Assistant, you will play a key part in providing high-quality support to students and teachers across the school. Your responsibilities will include:

Providing one-to-one or small group support to students
-
Assisting teachers in delivering lessons and managing the classroom
-
Supporting students with additional learning needs, helping them stay engaged and on task
-
Promoting positive behaviour and acting as a role model
-
Preparing learning materials and resources when required
-
Helping create a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environment
-
Communicating effectively with teachers, students, and support staff
-
Maintaining professionalism and meeting the school's expectations regarding conduct and appearance

We are seeking a Teaching Assistant / LSA who has:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

A patient, caring, and supportive approach to working with young people

Good organisational skills and reliability

The ability to work as part of a team and follow teacher guidance

A positive attitude and a commitment to helping students succeed

Experience working with children or young people (desirable, not essential)
