The provision is set up of 3 different sites that support children and young people aged 3–19 with profound and multiple learning difficulties (PMLD), severe learning difficulties (SLD), and autism spectrum conditions. The provisions are committed to nurturing every learner’s potential through a supportive, learner-centred approach. The schools are vibrant, caring communities where staff work collaboratively to deliver high-quality, personalised education

Ideal candidates may have experience in:
- Education (mainstream or special schools)
- Health and social care
- Youth work or community services
- Psychology, therapy, or support roles
- Customer service or hospitality (with strong interpersonal skills)
- Sports background
The Role
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:
- Support pupils with a range of additional learning needs including autism, PMLD, SLD, and communication difficulties
- Work closely with teachers, therapists, and families to deliver tailored support
- Help create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment
- Assist with personal care and mobility needs where required
- Use creativity, patience, and empathy to help pupils thrive academically and socially

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
