Job Title: Learning Support Assistant

Location:

North West England, Greater Manchester, Bury

Salary:

£1540 - £1800 Per month

Job Duties:

• Provide support to students with learning difficulties or disabilities in a classroom setting
• Assist teachers in implementing individual education plans for students
• Help students with academic tasks and provide additional support as needed
• Monitor student progress and report observations to teaching staff
• Support students with emotional and behavioural issues in a sensitive and professional manner

Knowledge and Skills:

• Understanding of learning difficulties and disabilities
• Ability to provide emotional support to students
• Good organisational skills
• Previous experience working with children or young adults
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team

Key Information: 

• Work in a classroom environment and 1:1
• Full-time hours, Monday - Friday 8.30am - 3pm
