We are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join a supportive school team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience working with children or young people who may have additional needs.

‍ The Role

• Provide 1:1 and small-group support to pupils with SEN
• Support pupils with their learning, engagement and development
• Help create a positive, inclusive and supportive classroom environment
• Work closely with teachers and the wider support team
• Build strong, positive relationships with pupils
• Support pupils with their confidence, independence and behaviour

• Previous experience working with children or young people
• Experience supporting pupils with SEN is desirable
• A patient, caring and adaptable approach
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• A genuine passion for helping children reach their potential
