Learning Support Worker – Full Time | Immediate Start

Are you passionate about supporting children and making a real difference in their learning journey?

We are currently recruiting for a full-time Learning Support Worker to start as soon as possible, working within a welcoming and supportive school environment.

This role is ideal for someone with childcare or youth experience, whether that’s through:

• Coaching or sports leadership
• Tutoring or mentoring
• Scouts, guides, or youth work
• Babysitting or nannying
• Teaching or classroom-based experience

The Role:

• Supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups
• Assisting the class teacher with daily learning activities
• Encouraging engagement, confidence, and positive behaviour
• Helping to create a safe and inclusive learning environment

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience working with children (formal or informal)
• A positive, proactive, and patient approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A genuine interest in education and child development
• Ability to commit to full-time hours
