Who We’re Looking For
- Individuals with ALN experience or a strong desire to gain it
- People from care, support work, or SEN backgrounds—highly encouraged
- Patient, empathetic, and resilient individuals
- Willingness to carry out personal care tasks (feeding, changing, mobility support)
- Those with personal experience supporting a family member or friend with ALN are very welcome
- Positive, flexible team players able to travel up to 30 minutes to schools across Llanelli
Your Role Will Include
⭐ Supporting pupils with a range of additional learning needs

⭐ Assisting with personal care when required
⭐ Helping create calm, structured, safe learning environments
⭐ Building trusting relationships with pupils, teachers, and families

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
