Learning Supervisor – Part-Time Opportunity in Devizes

A Rewarding Role in a Specialist Educational Setting
A welcoming and inclusive specialist school in the heart of Devizes is currently seeking a passionate Learning Supervisor to support students aged 11 to 16. This is a part-time role, running from 8.50am to 3.10pm, offering the opportunity to work closely with young people who have physical disabilities and autism. The school is well-regarded for its nurturing ethos, personalised learning approaches, and commitment to helping every learner thrive.

You will join a compassionate team dedicated to creating a positive, structured, and engaging environment where pupils feel supported, safe, and empowered to achieve both academically and personally.

 

What You'll Be Doing

  • Supporting pupils with autism and physical disabilities in both classroom and social settings

  • Working alongside teaching staff to deliver tailored support and maintain inclusive learning experiences

  • Helping to manage routines, encourage independence, and provide consistent emotional and academic guidance

  • Adapting communication and behaviour strategies to meet individual needs effectively

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
