Situated in the Barnsley area just 10 minutes from the city centre this is a larger than average mixed secondary school. The Languages faculty achieves results which exceed the national average and due to a temporary requirement they are looking for a Languages Cover Supervisor initially for one term. The position has become available due to an unfortunate sickness absence in the department. Additionally to this, their is an opportunity for this to become a permanent position.

The cover supervisor's main job is to manage a classroom, ensuring that students remain on task with the work they have been set by an absent teacher. As a cover supervisor your role and responsibilities will include collecting completed work after lesson and returning it to the appropriate teacher

-Languages Cover Supervisor

-Open to graduates with a languages background (Ideally French, German or Spanish)

-Larger than average sized, mixed secondary school with excellent behaviour

-Initial supply introduction for the first term

-Rate of pay to match experience (£60-£75 per day)
