If you answered yes to the above questions then the perfect role could have become available for you. A Primary school in Little Hayfield has approached Teaching Personnel to help with the recruitment of an experienced Teaching Assistant to begin work on a part time basis at the start of asap.
The role that the school is looking to fill is in one of their year 4 classes. This small sized "Good" Ofsted graded Primary school is looking for an experienced Teaching Assistant (TA) to begin working on a full time basis in one of their year 4 classes. The position will be a general TA role that will involve supporting the class teacher where possible.
During the role you will also be expected to lead small intervention groups of around 4-6 pupils in Maths, Reading and Writing. The groups will be of mixed ability so sometimes you will be supporting the lower ability pupils and offering support and helping them reach the required targets, other times it will be the higher ability pupils helping them maintain their current high standard and also pushing them further.

- Up to £300 a week dependant on experience/qualifications
