We are now looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic KS2 Teaching Assistant to join our team. As a KS2 Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our teachers and students in Key Stage 2. Your passion for education and dedication to making a difference will contribute to the success and growth of our young learners.

Requirements:

• Experience working as a Teaching Assistant in a primary school setting, preferably with KS2 students.
• Ability to support and engage with children, helping them develop both academically and socially.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with teachers and other staff members.
• Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude to create a supportive and encouraging learning environment.

• Provide classroom support to the KS2 teachers, assisting in lesson preparation and delivery.
• Work with individual students and small groups to reinforce learning and address specific needs.
• Promote positive behavior and encourage student engagement in learning activities.
• Help create a safe and inclusive environment where all students feel valued and respected.
• Assist with administrative tasks and maintain a well-organized learning environment.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
