Full-Time Cover Supervisor – Primary School (Years 3–6)
Location: SP9, Salisbury
Start Date: September | Contract: Full Academic Year

Are you passionate about supporting children’s learning and confident in leading a classroom? We are seeking a reliable, enthusiastic Cover Supervisor to join our friendly and supportive team from September for the full academic year.
About the Role:
As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a key role in maintaining continuity of learning across Years 3–6, covering lessons when teachers are on PPA (Planning, Preparation, and Assessment) time.
You will be responsible for delivering pre-planned lessons, managing classroom behaviour, and supporting students to stay on task.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience working with primary-aged children, ideally in a school setting
- Confidence in leading a class and managing behaviour effectively
- A flexible, proactive, and calm approach
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
