✨ SEN Teaching Assistant – Aylesbury ✨

We’re looking for enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistants to join our fantastic team, supporting pupils in primary and secondary schools across Aylesbury!

Whether you’re seeking part-time ⏰ flexibility or a full-time role, we have opportunities waiting for you!


Your Role

Every day brings something new! You will:

  • ‍ Support students 1:1 or in small groups within the classroom
  • Assist teachers with engaging, tailored learning activities
  • Help build students’ confidence and support emotional wellbeing
  • Provide personal care where required
  • Work closely with teachers and SENCOs to support individual needs


What We’re Looking For

You’ll be a great fit if you:

  • ✅ Have experience in support work or SEN within education
  • ❤️ Are passionate about working with children
  • Are comfortable providing personal care
  • Are reliable, proactive, and positive
  • Hold a valid DBS (or are willing to obtain one)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
