 KS1 Teaching Assistant required, Heywood (OL10)  Daily Rate of Pay from GBP57-GBP65 dependent of experience  Full time position starting in November Teaching Personnel are currently seeking a graduate teaching assistant for a client school in the Heywood area of Manchester (OL10) to join their driven KS1 team on a full time basis. This Teaching Assistant role will start as soon as possible, with the potential to run until the end of the academic year! The role is to work in a 2 form entry primary school which was graded ‘OUTSTANDING’ at its last OFSTED inspection. The senior leaders of the school are seeking an interactive teaching assistant who can encourage children’s learning across KS1 to help raise attainment across all subject areas. The successful Teaching Assistant will work in Year 1 and 2 classes as a general teaching assistant, assisting the class teacher with the day to day runnings of the classroom. They will be required to support children’s learning in all areas, following the KS1 curriculum under the guidance of the class teacher. To be considered for this positon, you must have: • A degree in a related field e.g. Psychology or English • A passion for a career in education • Knowledge of the KS1 National Curriculum The right candidate will be dedicated to influencing the learning of young people and will be passionate about education. The Primary School in the Heywood (OL10) area are looking for someone to start in September.
