Job description

The School:

The school specifically focuses on delivering a high standard of teaching, where pupils' satisfaction is at the forefront of the school's ethos and values. Additionally, the aim of the school is to ensure that from the very first day of a pupil starting the school, they are treated as individuals and are encouraged to develop character and cultivate a love for learning. Teachers and Teaching Assistants regularly benefit from bespoke training sessions and have support from the senior leadership team. There is also a vast amount of resources to use in and outside of the classroom which enables lessons to be both fun and engaging. The school has a keen emphasis is placed on providing all staff with a work life balance which is essential in keeping everyone motivated throughout the academic term.

The Role:

In this role you will be supporting children with differing abilities and capabilities within their numeracy lessons. The ideal candidate will be a person who has a proven track record of raising attainment within KS1 pupils specifically focusing on delivering numeracy interventions. Furthermore, you will be able to create bespoke learning materials to support students who require additional support.
