Key Stage 2 Teacher

Teaching Personnel are working closely with a Scarborough Primary School to recruit a Key Stage 2 Teacher who will be able to undertake longer term work from Easter 2019.

As a Key Stage 2 Specialist Teacher, you should have relevant and recent experience of working in a Key Stage 2 classroom setting and have a clear understanding of the National Curriculum. You should also have experience of preparing pupils for SATs Preparation and be able to differentiate your planning to ensure that all pupils can access the curriculum and achieve their expected results.

The school expect someone who will be able to work closely with them to meet expected school and class levels and the successful person will be able to work within Trust guidelines. This is particularly important due to the changes the school are undertaking to make improvements of their recent Ofsted grading. The role has arisen due to the upcoming change of staff and there is an opportunity for this role to become a permanent position for the ideal candidate.

You will have the opportunity to work on a day to day basis to cover supply needs as and when required and the school will use this as part of the recruitment process for the role.
