Key Stage 2 - Cwmbran

Teaching Personnel are looking to recruit a teacher for a Key Stage 2 classroom in the NP44 area. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of the KS2 National Curriculum and will have high expectations of achievement and a commitment to raising standards within the classroom.

The primary school is located in the Cwmbran area. The school is easily accessible via public transport. The school consists of 480 pupils and 16 classes including three mixed classes. The head teacher is looking for caring and dedicated teachers who will fit in well with the schools ethos.

Teaching Personnel are seeking a candidate who:

• Has a recognised Teaching qualification including QTS
• Is registered with the education workforce council
• Is confident in teaching a mixed ability class.
• Is challenging and an inspiring teacher
• Has the ability to teach a range of age and abilities in a Key Stage 2 classroom setting.
• Has the ability to use ICT effectively to deliver high quality teaching and
  learning
• Has the ability to develop bilingualism (welsh as a second language)
• Has experience of assessment for learning strategies
• Is able to contribute to the school's extracurricular activities
