Teaching Personnel are currently recruiting on behalf of a primary school in the PR3 area for a committed and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to work across Key Stage 1.

Role Responsibilities:

• Supporting children within KS1 classrooms
• Working closely with the class teacher to support learning
• Delivering 1:1 and small group interventions
• Supporting pupils with varying abilities and additional needs
• Creating a safe, positive and engaging learning environment

Requirements:

• Experience working within a primary or KS1 setting (desirable but not essential)
• A positive, patient and proactive approach
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• A strong understanding of safeguarding procedures
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
