Key Stage 1 Teacher – September 2025 Start
Location: Accrington
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: MPS (ECTs welcome to apply)

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Key Stage 1 Teacher to join our friendly and supportive school community in Accrington from September 2025. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced teacher or an Early Career Teacher (ECT) looking to begin their journey in a nurturing and forward-thinking environment.

About the Role

  • Teach a Key Stage 1 class, fostering a love of learning and ensuring high standards of achievement.

  • Plan and deliver creative, engaging lessons that meet the needs of all learners.

  • Contribute to the wider life of the school, including extracurricular activities and school events.

  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and the wider community to support children’s development.

About You

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has a strong understanding of the Key Stage 1 curriculum.

  • Demonstrates creativity, energy, and a passion for teaching.

  • Values building positive relationships with pupils, staff, and families.

  • Is reflective, eager to learn, and committed to their own professional development.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
