About the School

Teaching Personnel are currently seeking to appoint a full time ICT Teacher. The school in question are based in West Sussex, who enable students to experience and develop a life-long enjoyment of learning. The school strive to ensure that every child in our charge fulfils and exceeds their potential. The successful candidate will be responsible for the planning, teaching and tracking pupil progress involved within the role.

The school was rated OFSTED ‘Outstanding’ in their most recent report, paying particular attention to the school’s ambition to consistently strive to achieve the highest standards for each student. The role is to start in September 2021. 

Role and Responsibilities:

  • ICT Teacher
  • Starting after May Half Term
  • Teaching KS3, KS4 and KS5
  • ICT as a subject specialist.
  • Willingness to participate in the school’s extra-curricular programme
  • Competitive rates of pay

The Essentials:

  • Must be available for full time work after May Half Term
  • Knowledge of Python 
  • Must have QTS or completed PGCE – both experienced IT and Business teachers and NQTs are welcome to apply
  • Must have suitable school-based references
  • Must have or be willing and able to apply for a fully enhanced Child workforce only DBS certificate

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
