HLTA - Oldham (OL9)
Teaching Personnel are currently working alongside an average sized Primary Academy School to appoint an enthusiastic, experienced HLTA to work with Key Stage 2 students. The role is on a full time basis and is to start ASAP.The Primary Academy is part of a multi-academy trust which is known for its supportive culture.
The 'good' rated Primary Academy in Oldham has an excellent reputation. It is an inclusive school which celebrates diversity. Students in Key Stage 2 make excellent progress. In 2017, KS2 students were above average in their reading, writing and math's. The students are confident, friendly and eager to learn. They learn from a strong, broad curriculum and are known for their outstanding behavior. Teaching throughout this school is excellent and teachers have great subject knowledge. They have a real passion for education and really want their students to achieve great results. Teachers work really hard and are very ambitious; therefore the school is looking to appoint a HLTA that fits in with this ethos.
The school is looking for a KS2 HLTA who is going to bring optimism and a positive attitude. The right applicant will have experience working with KS2 students and will hold the correct qualifications. The successful HLTA will work on a full time basis and will be expected to teach small groups of children, as well as helping with interventions and booster sessions.
