For this Behaviour HLTA role you will be required to support students with Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs as well as some challenging behaviour. It will be your responsibility to support the year 4 class teacher by managing the children’s behaviour and to also encourage them to get involved during lesson. The ideal Behaviour HLTA for this role must have previous experience in a similar setting such as school, youth centre, SEN setting or support worker role.

Found in Harrogate this Grade 2 Good primary school caters for just over 130 children. The successful candidate will be specifically working in class 4 supporting the Teacher Monday to Friday on a long-term basis however you may be require to take the whole class on a cover basis one hour a week.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
