Job Title: Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA)

Contract: Full-Time

About the Role:
Teaching Personnel are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a vibrant school in Blackpool. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HLTA who is passionate about supporting pupils and making a real difference in their education.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects.
Support teachers in raising attainment and engagement.
Work with small groups and individual pupils to provide targeted intervention.
Assist in classroom management and behaviour strategies.

Requirements:

HLTA qualification or equivalent experience.
Strong classroom management skills.
Ability to adapt to different year groups and subjects.
A proactive and positive attitude towards learning.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
