Teaching Personnel are currently seeking a caring, enthusiastic, and dedicated Level 3 EYFS Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in the FY3 area from September on a morning-only basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity to support young learners at the beginning of their educational journey, helping to create a positive, engaging, and nurturing learning environment within the Early Years Foundation Stage.

The Role

• Supporting children within the EYFS classroom.
• Assisting with the delivery of engaging and creative learning activities.
• Encouraging children's social, emotional, and educational development.
• Providing both small group and one-to-one support where required.
• Helping to maintain a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.
• Supporting the class teacher with classroom preparation and daily routines.

The Ideal Candidate

• Holds a Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare (essential).
• Has recent experience working within an EYFS setting or primary school.
• Demonstrates a caring, patient, and nurturing approach.
• Has excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Is committed to supporting children's learning and development.
• Can provide references covering recent employment.
