History Teacher - Trafford

History teacher required at to cover a maternity leave at a Manchester Grammar school, starting after October half term.

Are you a History teacher looking for your next History teaching position? Do you want to teach in an Outstanding Manchester Grammar school?

Teaching Personnel are working in partnership with a Grammar school located in Trafford, in order to recruit a History teacher to cover a maternity leave within the History department. The History teaching vacancy is for a full time role starting after October half term and covering a maternity leave, with possibility of a permanent position following this. The secondary school is located in a rural area of Trafford, in a leafy Manchester suburb, and is a short drive from the M60. The school is also well connected in terms of public transport, with good links to the city centre. The school is seeking a History teacher who is an inspirational classroom teacher, and displays a passion for their subject. The successful History teacher will display good behavioural and classroom management.

The client secondary school up-to-date facilities, and has recently undergone a large refurbishment to modernise the school. The Grammar school sets high standards for both their pupils and teachers, having high expectations for all in school environment. In addition to this, the school has a strong focus on pupil wellbeing and pastoral support. They believe of the personal development of their pupils is imperative in order for them to progress in school, and leave as well round individuals.
