Teaching Personnel are looking to recruit a History Teacher who has experience teaching History to students from KS3-KS5. The History Teacher role will involve teaching History to secondary school students, with a range of different academic abilities. With planning and marking involved, working full time and having the opportunity supporting educational trips abroad with the students.

Job description:

• Must have a current DBS
• Must have QTS
• Experience within a secondary school
• Strong knowledge of the History curriculum
• Ideally someone looking to grow and develop throughout the Secondary School
• Good understanding of the Teaching Standards
• Strong communication skills

Due to an open vacancy within the History department, the Head of History is looking to appoint an experienced History Teacher to join their strong, forward thinking, cohesive team of staff. They are looking for a passionate, confident and outgoing History Teacher who can create fun and interactive lesson plans to engage and inspire their students.

The Secondary school is located in the Warrington area, in the South of Manchester, just of the M56. With excellent public transport links, makes the secondary school easy to access in the morning rush hour.
