HISTORY TEACHER – SEPTEMBER START - EXCELLENT TUBE LINKS – NORTH LONDON

Are you an experienced History Teacher looking for a new challenge? Teaching Personnel has an amazing opportunity for a History Teacher with passion and enthusiasm at an outstanding secondary school in Islington, North London this academic year. The school is highly accessible being only a 3 minute walk from Old Street station and a less than 10 minute walk from London Liverpool street station.

You must be a personable and enthusiastic History Teacher who has a desire to develop both themselves and the future development policies of the school. The school wants a teacher able to superbly promote a place of active learning in which students both appreciate the environment of education they are in. The school wants teachers with the drive to motivate students to develop their subject knowledge and have enjoyable personal learning expectations.

At this outstanding school, as a History Teacher you will be coming into a unified department. This position will involve taking mixed ability classes in years groups all the way up to A-Level, allowing them to achieve and in some cases even exceed forecasted grades. You will be supported at all times towards your teaching goals by the talented, enthusiastic Head of department.
