History Teacher – Catholic School – Newham
History Teacher – The School
History Teacher is required for a “GOOD” rated Ofsted School based in Newham (2018). The school have a large catchment area, many parents look to send their child here as they progress from Key Stage 2 to Key Stage 3. The school has been achieving Humanities results above the national average since 2003. The school has a great history – stemming from 1877. Some of the older buildings are still situated in the school premises whilst there are also new buildings with up to date technology on site.
History Teacher – The Role
History Teacher (KS3 and KS4) to work in this secondary school amongst 5 other History Teachers, as well as a further 20 teachers in the Humanities Faculty. The school are seeking someone to work full time. Interviews will be between now and the end of the Easter Term. Pay Scale will be MPS / UPS. The role is beginning to begin in September 2020, however if possible the school would like the History Teacher to start after Easter however this is not an essential requirement.
History Teacher – The Requirements
- Experience as a History Teacher at KS3 and KS4.
- QTS, PGCE or QTLS certification.
- Available to start in September 2020 or sooner.
