HLTA Role – Temporary
Pay Rate: £105 – £135 per day
Contract Type: Full-time
Location: Cambridge
Start Date: September 2025

 

We are recruiting for HLTA's to assist in our Cambrigeshire schools.

The Role:

  • Providing cover for PPA and staff absences across both Key Stage 1 (KS1) and Key Stage 2 (KS2).
  • Supporting the delivery of high-quality teaching and learning.
  • Demonstrating and upholding the school’s strong values and vision in day-to-day practice

 

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Qualified to HLTA level (or equivalent).
  • Confident working across both KS1 and KS2.
  • Experienced in supporting children with SEN.
  • Alternatively, an Early Career Teacher (ECT) looking to gain further experience across the primary phases before taking on a full teaching role.
