Teaching Personnel are currently seeking an experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant to work in the S5 area of Sheffield.
We are looking for someone flexible, with a minimum of Level 4 Teaching Assistant or degree qualified, who can work with classes from EYFS to Y6.
The ideal Teaching Assistant will have experience covering classes across primary and be available for a long term position. The role will include delivering pre-planned lessons, providing intervention in numeracy and literacy, as well as supporting the class teacher.
Knowledge of current phonics schemes of work and assessments would be beneficial, but not essential as we do offer training through our CPD Academy.
There is the opportunity for a permanent role for the right candidate, your personal consultant will support you with your application.

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.
