A specialist primary and secondary school in Yeovil is seeking a committed HLTA to join their team from September 2025 in a full-time position.

You will work across age groups (4 to 16), delivering learning activities, supporting emotional and social development, and helping students with complex needs to thrive academically and personally.

• Lead or support the delivery of structured learning activities

• Work closely with teaching staff to implement tailored interventions

• Support pupils across Key Stages 1–4 with a range of SEN, including ASD and communication needs

• Promote independence, confidence, and a positive attitude to learning

• Assist in creating an inclusive and nurturing classroom environment
