Teaching Personnel are recruiting for a HLTA within Lowestoft area, you would be an integral part of theis great double mform entry primary school.- this is role would be starting in september and would be a full time role. This position would include but may not be limited to- covering various classes within the KS1-KS2 age range- monitoring the progress and development of the pupils- be able to engage and inspire pupils of varying abilities- some 1:1/small group based work. You would need excellent behavioural management skills and the confidence to lead pre planned lessons if required. A stong knowledge of the UK primary curriculum and excellent behavvciour and classroom management skills would be required. 

The Ideal candidate:

• HLTA qualifications (level 4) 
• Passionate about primary education 
• SEN experience
• Expereince working with pupils on a 1:1 basis 
• Safeguarding training 
• A DBS on the update service (or willing to apply for one through Teaching Personnel)
• A UK address and right to work
• Flexibility in terms of transportation
• Experience within KS1&KS2
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills 
• Have the classroom confidence to potentially offer sickness and PPA cover

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
