Are you an experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) looking for your next exciting role in a primary school in Slough? We are seeking a dedicated and motivated HLTA to join our supportive team and make a real difference to children’s learning in Slough.
About the Role:
This HLTA position in a Slough primary school offers an excellent opportunity to support teaching and learning across the curriculum. As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant, you will:

Lead small group work and whole-class sessions in our welcoming Slough primary school.

Support teachers with planning, preparation, and assessment.

Provide high-quality intervention and pastoral care in line with primary school needs.

Work closely with staff, parents, and the wider school community in Slough.
About You:

HLTA qualification or equivalent experience in a primary school setting.

Proven ability to deliver lessons and interventions confidently.

A passion for education and supporting children in Slough.

Flexibility, enthusiasm, and excellent communication skills.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
