Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) – HP9 Area (Beaconsfield)
Are you an experienced HLTA ready to take on a new challenge?
A thriving school in the HP9 area is seeking a skilled Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join their team.
Responsibilities include:

Leading whole-class learning in the teacher’s absence
-
Delivering targeted small-group and 1:1 interventions
-
Supporting teachers with planning, preparation, and assessment
-
Acting as a positive role model for pupils and supporting behaviour management
You will need:
-
HLTA status (or equivalent experience)
-
Strong literacy and numeracy skills
-
Confidence in delivering lessons across the primary curriculum
-
A proactive and flexible approach

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
