Teaching Personnel is pleased to present a great opportunity for a HLTA to start at one of our partner Primary Schools in North London on a full-time basis.

This is a happy and diverse community, where they retain their ethos of working in partnership with parents to provide a safe and nurturing environment where children and their families feel welcomed. The main aim is that by delivering a creative curriculum, which offers opportunities to develop curiosity, resilience, self- discipline, collaboration, and imagination they will enable all of their pupils to become self –motivated lifelong learners who are willing and confident enough to take on and rise to new challenges and opportunities for learning.

There is a positive energy and learning ethos around the school and you will be joining a team of enthusiastic children, inspirational teachers and support staff and supportive parents. Pupils are happy and respectful of each other. There is some challenging behaviour across the school, but this is well supported by the team of teaching assistants and effective behaviour policies. Personal development is strong at the school with high-quality training a key priority.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
