Day Rate: £95 – £115 per day (depending on experience and qualifications)

A welcoming and well-organised primary school in Luton is on the hunt for a High Level Teaching Assistant to join their team for the Autumn Term. This full-time role is ideal for someone confident in delivering learning across the curriculum and providing high-quality classroom support.

Main Responsibilities:

• Step in to lead classes when required, following provided lesson plans
• Support pupil progress through targeted group work and interventions
• Work in partnership with teachers to plan and assess pupil learning
• Support behaviour, engagement, and routines across the school day
• Promote inclusive practice and ensure every child feels supported

• HLTA qualification (or equivalent experience and confidence leading learning)
• Ability to deliver lessons independently with professionalism and care
• Adaptability to support different year groups and needs
• A strong communicator with a calm, proactive approach

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
