SEMH Teacher – Milton Keynes
Are you a dedicated and qualified teacher looking to make a real difference in the lives of children with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs?
One of our partner SEMH schools in Milton Keynes is seeking a Fully Qualified Teacher (QTS) to join their team full-time. This rewarding role focuses on delivering core subjects such as English and Maths in a supportive and nurturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Plan, assess, and monitor pupils’ progress in line with their individual learning needs

Implement behaviour support plans to help avoid known triggers
-
Establish and maintain clear routines and expectations in the classroom

Collaborate effectively with support staff to ensure high-quality teaching and learning
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
-
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
-
Experience supporting children with SEN/SEMH or a strong desire to work in this area
-
A compassionate, patient, and resilient approach to teaching
-
Strong communication and teamwork skills
-
The ability to differentiate lessons to support a range of learning needs
-
Full-time availability
Safer Recruitment Requirements:

Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to apply through us)

Two most recent employment references covering the past 24 months

If applicable, an Overseas Police Check for candidates who have lived outside the UK for 6+ months in the last 5 years

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
