In this Teaching Assistant role you will have the responsibility of maintaining the confidentiality of the SEMH students in order to create a sensitive learning environment where privacy is respected. You will have the opportunity to mentor a specific student on a 1:1 or small-group basis, guiding them through their day as they overcome their personal barriers to learning. Day-to-day, you will be building strong relationships between student's home and school life to create a consistent learning environment. To track student progression accurately it is important that you feed information on their lesson engagement back to the teachers.
