We're seeking an experienced Headteacher or an exceptional senior leader ready for Headship who can demonstrate:

✅ A proven track record of raising standards and improving outcomes

✅ Significant whole-school leadership experience

✅ Strong curriculum, teaching and learning expertise

✅ Experience leading successful school improvement initiatives

✅ A commitment to inclusion and high expectations for all pupils

✅ The ability to develop, inspire and retain high-performing staff

✅ Strong financial and resource management skills

✅ Confidence building relationships with governors, families and the wider community

✅ Resilience, integrity and the ability to lead through change
