An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and visionary leader to join a dedicated team as Headteacher of a vibrant, OFSTED rated GOOD, school in Welford, West Berkshire.
We pride ourselves on providing a nurturing, inclusive, and high-quality education for all pupils, ensuring that each child is valued and supported to achieve their full potential.
We are seeking a Headteacher who:

Has a clear vision for excellence in teaching and learning.
- Experience working in a Headteacher role previously would be ideal.

Will lead by example, inspiring staff, pupils, and families.

Has a strong understanding of the primary curriculum and safeguarding.

Can demonstrate a commitment to inclusive education and the wellbeing of every child.

Will continue to build strong relationships with parents, governors, and the wider community.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
