An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and visionary leader to join a dedicated team as Headteacher of a vibrant, OFSTED rated GOOD, school in Welford, West Berkshire.

We are seeking a Headteacher who:

• Has a clear vision for excellence in teaching and learning.

• Experience working in a Headteacher role previously would be ideal.

• Will lead by example, inspiring staff, pupils, and families.

• Has a strong understanding of the primary curriculum and safeguarding.

• Can demonstrate a commitment to inclusive education and the wellbeing of every child.

• Will continue to build strong relationships with parents, governors, and the wider community.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
