Head Teacher – Swansea

About the Role:
As Head Teacher, you will be responsible for the strategic direction, leadership, and management of the school. You will build on our strong foundations to ensure outstanding outcomes for all pupils, foster a nurturing and inclusive environment, and support staff development and wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide inspirational leadership and a clear vision for school improvement.

Maintain and promote high standards of teaching, learning, and achievement.

Lead a culture of inclusion, aspiration, and continuous improvement.

Work closely with governors, staff, pupils, parents, and the wider community.

Manage resources effectively to secure best value and sustainability.

Qualified teacher status with substantial senior leadership experience.

Proven track record of raising standards and improving outcomes.

Strong understanding of current educational policies and best practice.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
