Location: Milton Keynes
Salary: Competitive – LPS (Leadership Pay Scale)
Contract Type: Full Time, Permanent
Start Date: January 2026 (or earlier by negotiation)

Our client, a secondary school based in Milton Keynes, is seeking a dedicated and visionary Head Teacher to lead the school into its next chapter of success. This is a unique opportunity to take on a senior leadership role where you can make a lasting impact on students, staff, and the wider school community.

As Head Teacher, you will provide strong and inclusive leadership, uphold high standards of teaching and learning, and foster a culture of ambition, support, and achievement. Working with governors, staff, parents, and students, you will drive whole-school improvement, champion safeguarding and wellbeing, and ensure every learner has the opportunity to succeed.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
