Job description

Are you looking for a pastoral role at a secondary school you can excel your career? Do you have previous experience in a secondary school pastoral role?

We are working with a partner school in Rochdale, who are seeking a Head of Year to join their team this July covering a 1-year maternity. You must be confident, calm, confident and professional to be considered for this position.

The successful candidate must hold the outstanding knowledge of safeguarding and have previous experience in a related job role. You will be required to safeguard the students, staff, and yourself to the highest of your ability ensuring all school members are in a safe environment.

This is a non-teaching head of year vacancy where the successful applicant will be responsible for promoting the well-being of all students and support across a range of pupil demands.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
