Head of School – Alternative Provision
Location: Hamilton Square
Salary: Up to £50,000 + Benefits
Contract: Full-Time | Permanent

We’re seeking a passionate and experienced leader to head our Alternative Provision in Hamilton Square—part of a respected network of independent, OFSTED-regulated schools across the UK.

You’ll lead day-to-day operations across two sites, shaping a nurturing environment where disengaged young people can thrive and re-engage with learning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage school operations and staff

• Ensure high-quality education and support

• Maintain compliance with school standards and safeguarding policies

• Foster positive student outcomes and staff development

What We’re Looking For:

• Leadership experience in a similar educational setting

• Qualified teacher status (QTS, QTLS, or equivalent)

• Proven track record in raising attainment and maintaining standards

• Desirable: NPQH (completed or in progress)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
