Head of Computer Science – Lead Innovation in Digital Learning
Location: Northampton
Position: Head of Computer Science
Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Start Date: September 2025
Salary: MPS/UPS + TLR (dependent on experience)

About the Role
You will lead the strategic development of our Computer Science curriculum, ensuring high standards of teaching and learning across Key Stages 3–4 (KS5 desirable). You'll support and develop a committed team, manage resources effectively, and ensure students are engaged, challenged, and achieving their full potential.
What We’re Looking For

A qualified teacher (QTS or equivalent) with a strong track record in Computer Science education

Excellent subject knowledge and understanding of current digital trends

Experience in raising student achievement through innovative and engaging teaching

A collaborative and inspiring leader who can support and motivate a team

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
