Guaranteed Work Scheme – Teaching Personnel – Southport Area
Location: Southport and surrounding areas
Salary: £125–£160 per day (dependent on experience and assignment)
Contract: Full-time, part-time, flexible – guaranteed pay

This scheme is designed for teachers who are available to work regularly and want peace of mind knowing they’ll receive pay whether placed in a school or not. You commit to working a set number of days per week, and we guarantee to pay you – even if we don’t place you on those days.

  • Qualified Teachers (QTS/QTLS or equivalent)

  • Strong behaviour/classroom management skills

  • Commitment to availability on agreed days

  • Ability to travel to schools across the Southport area

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
