Job Title: Primary Supply Teacher

Location:

North West England, Merseyside, Crosby

Job Duties:

  • Deliver engaging and interactive lessons to primary school students
  • Follow the school curriculum and adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of individual students
  • Manage classroom behaviour and create a positive learning environment
  • Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
  • Communicate effectively with parents, colleagues, and school leadership

Required Qualifications:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Enhanced DBS check
  • Proven experience working as a primary school teacher

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field

Experience:

Minimum of 2 years teaching experience in a primary school setting

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Strong understanding of primary school curriculum and teaching methods
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of students
  • Effective classroom management techniques

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE)
  • Experience in delivering remote or online learning

Working Conditions:

  • Work in a primary school setting in Crosby, Merseyside
  • Full-time temporary position with the possibility of extension
  • Regular school hours with occasional additional duties or meetings

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
