Every term Teaching Personnel is able to offer select teachers a

Place on our Guaranteed Work Scheme (GWS). The GWS

Provides those teachers accepted onto the scheme with that all important

Guarantee of income!

How does the scheme work?

Simply agree with your Recruitment Consultant which and how many days per week

you are available and wish to commit to our GWS. In committing to work exclusively

through Teaching Personnel on those specified days, we will guarantee to pay you

for every day less one (per week), even if no work is available. In order to be paid for

not working you will need to have fulfilled the terms and conditions of the scheme.

Assurance that you will receive work in schools

Guarantees that you will receive income for at least the number of days (less one)

that you make yourself available every week under the terms of the scheme

Means that you don't have to manage relationships with multiple agencies

Minimises your payroll and tax administration

Ensures you are constantly promoted to schools when you are available for work.

This can often result in you being matched with a school that you go on to work at

on a longer term or even permanent basis (if this is what you are seeking).

Helps Teaching Personnel to better serve our client schools, as we have greater

knowledge of which candidates we have available at all times.

Provides Teaching Personnel with greater confidence to develop our school

business in new locations where we have GWS teachers located.

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
