Graduates looking for work in Darlington Schools

Teaching Personnel are looking for graduates who would like to gain paid work in schools ready for there PGCE or Graduates with a history of working with children.

You will be working as a cover supervisor in schools in the Darlington area where you will need to have excellent behaviour management skills along with being able to deliver pre-set work to a high standard. Cover supervisor work is flexible for either part time or full time work - in this first term Teaching Personnel have placed a considerable amount of cover supervisors into long term placements therefore we need people who are adaptable, engaging and dependable for these roles starting after half term. Cover Supervisors are becoming a necessity to many schools that need lessons delivering to a high standard and 1-1 tuition for struggling students.

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
